Talking about myself has never been particularly easy for me—ironic given the field I am in. The only logical conclusion is that humility truly is one of my best traits. I have to start somewhere though, so here are some of the highlights. I grew up in Nashville in a loving, Christian home that was filled with delicious smells and constant echoes of laughter. I’ve been blessed with an excellent education and had opportunities to travel across the world, meet some remarkable people, and even receive an award or two. I don’t have the faintest idea of what the future holds and while that is mildly terrifying, it is also delightfully exhilarating.

My creative journey began as a young child with LEGOs, coloring books, baking, and every type of craft imaginable. Now that I'm an older child, it tends to be more focused on photography, graphic design, and baking (pro tip: women love a guy who can make them cookies). I'm passionate about weird things, like ambient lighting, clever typography, and well designed packaging, but also normal things, like finding out dinner is ready or hearing that Clemson is in the National Championship playoffs again (Go Tigers). The quick list of my hobbies includes cooking, photography, design, reading, laughing, exploring, shooting, and daydreaming.
